Lets take a look at our 30 day snapshot of our Salt Lake County Real Estate Market!
Here are the numbers looking back from 9/24/2012.

Our market has been very strong and consistent. Units sold have  been consistent for most of the year, average price is up a little. We still have almost 30% of the market being short sales however. When we get this number down to around 10% we will truly be on the road to recovery.
