Lets take a look at our 30 day snapshot of our Salt Lake County Real Estate Market!
Here are the numbers looking back from 10/7/2013. The end of May - first of June was the busiest time in our market this year so far. The week of May 28th showed almost 1600 homes pending, we now have 1008. The market has slowed down considerably as it usually does. With a little over 4 months for an absorption rate, the market is still very good. I predict a slight downward trend in home prices as we move into the winter months.
All in all, the market is still very good, and it is still a great time to Buy & Sell! With less pressure from buyers, the market is stabilizing and becoming a little more neutral.
